At Lux'e Drip, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues: If you received your product and it comes damaged or has a defect, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately.  We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
