Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Lux'e Drip! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy;

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 3-5 days for your orders to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order window typically closes on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agencies. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customers fees. 

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filling a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
